November 18, 2020 - Day 4

• Mapped out the Asana template for building out this company.
• Used my Process Improvement Framework for laying out the steps (Standardize, Optimize, Automate).
• Added "Discover" to the beginning to help me (and others using the template) to determine which ideas to pursue and if they are ready and have the resources (time and money) to pursue a given business idea.
• Decided I'll be using the Paid2Geek template to overhaul my ProjectKickstart.co company in addition to using the template to help me build Paid2Geek.com.

November 15, 2020 - Day 1

• Made the decision to just get started. Set up almost empty landing page with email collection form. Decided I'll log the whole journey, and then do a restrospective after each stage or each major project.

• Chose focus statement to define my value prop - help me keep accountable each time I come to the page.

• Eventually want to build on wordpress with Brizy builder. But getting started quickly and simply is priority. Using Brizy Cloud even though no blog tool yet. Just going to use pages and text blogs to keep growth journal entries.

Principles helpful today:

Functional first. Better later.

The point of using dummy text for your paragraph is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters. making it look like readable English.
